About the Supervisor

I have a PCC credential with the International Coach Federation, and Diplomas in Coaching and Coach Supervision. I work co-creatively, empathically and in the here-and-now. Much of my philosophy, technique and framework is informed by transactional analysis, a social psychology which conceptualises how people think, feel, and behave in relationships and communication. I am responsive to where my supervisees are in their level of coaching experience, their preferences on a spectrum between structure or spontaneity, and the safety of their clients and themselves.

About the Experience

This group work is not about the “what”, or the circumstances, it is about the “who”, values and meaning. The group will deepen awareness of your “being” as a coach and a person, leading to tangible outcomes to apply to your practice, whether that be with a specific organisational/individual client, or your practice as a whole.

In this supervision group you can expect:

– tight contracting on confidentiality, to create an effective space for group work.
– a transformative experience, shifting your thinking and your being in relation to your challenge
– a toolkit of modalities to use as a platform for discovery and resolution

I help coaches make sense of and respond effectively to the challenges they face as people and professionals.

If you’re experiencing a challenging client or situation, we will first work towards feeling grounded and whole, to then make more sense of what is going on in your practice so you can be more effective for your clients.

An important consideration for coaches in group supervision is the matter of confidentiality. It is vital that the experiences coaches share in the group do not identify clients, organisations or other personal circumstances. My supervision works around this challenge effectively. The learning in this group is about you as a person, as a coach, and as a professional. As such, what you share in the group will be about your experience of the circumstances, not the circumstances themselves. This is what true supervision is about. Where information for context is required, a brief mapping-out of the scenario suffices and maintains confidentiality.
